Proceeding Submission Rules
Proceedings to be presented at the congress should be in the form of experimental studies, clinical studies and original case reports, capable of contributing to scientific development and giving a concluding message.
Since abstracts sent over the internet will be printed in the same way, attention should be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for spelling errors.
Proceedings will be accepted in Oral and Poster categories. Papers that are included in the program but not presented at the congress or whose abstracts are not submitted on time will not be published.
Abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Advisory Board, and acceptance or rejection letters and presentation format (oral/poster) will be sent to the applicants by 15 October 2024 and will also be announced on the congress official website (vetmik2024.org).
In order to complete the congress registration process, the registration request must be notified to the Claros Tour organization company and the registration fee must be deposited to the specified bank account number. Proceeding Writing rules
- Abstracts will be submitted by online submission.
- Academic titles should not be used in author names.
- Names should be written in lowercase letters, with only the first letter capitalized. Surnames will be written in all capital letters. For example: Uğur PARIN. The name of the person who will make the presentation should be underlined.
- The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be stated. For example: Xxxx University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Xxxx, Aydın
- Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized (Abbreviations are exceptions.)
- The title should be descriptive and understandable and preferably not exceed 30 words.
- If an abbreviation is used in the abstract, the full name of the abbreviation should be stated in parentheses.
- In the abstract, the purpose of the study and the methods used should be briefly stated, the findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical detail, and the conclusion should be explained within the framework of the findings presented.
- Abstract text; it should be written using the headings “Introduction, Purpose, Method, Findings, Discussion and Conclusion”. Keywords should be written below the abstract text, with a maximum of 5 words.
- Abstracts must be submitted online in TURKISH and ENGLISH using the abstract system.
- The entire abstract should not exceed 500 words, excluding the title name, author’s name and surname.
- The font used in submitting papers is automatically standardized by the system for all papers and it is not possible to use different fonts.
- International standard abbreviations can be used in the text. If there is a special abbreviation, the full meaning of the abbreviation should be written by opening parentheses where it is first used.
- Submitted abstracts should not contain references and reference numbers.
- It is recommended that you carefully check your final paper before submitting it. Since the abstracts sent via the online abstract module will be turned into a digital book in the same way, attention should be paid to spelling errors. Authors are responsible for all spelling errors.
- Once you complete your paper submission, an automatic email will be sent confirming your successful submission. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please contact the Congress Secretariat.
- In order for the papers to be presented and included in the congress proceedings booklet, the congress registration process of the presenting author must be completed.
Abstracts that do not comply with any of these articles will be excluded from evaluation, regardless of their content.

Evaluation of Proceedings
» The evaluation will be made over the internet by the Congress Arbitration Board, keeping the names/surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential.
» The Scientific Committee has the right to change and decide on presentations as oral or poster presentations. The evaluation result will be sent to all presenters as a final letter, and we strongly recommend that presenters pay attention to the final decision on how their presentations will be made. Additionally, accepted papers will be announced on the website.
