Oral Presentation Rules
Oral presentations can be made in Turkish or English.
Oral presentations will be made during the congress on the days and hours specified in the program.
The duration of the oral presentation is 10 minutes, including discussion.
Participants who will make oral presentations will present their papers in the specified halls and sessions.
The oral presentation can be prepared with the “power point” program using Office 2016 or higher software.
All kinds of technical equipment will be available in the halls.
E-Poster Presentation Rules
Poster presentations will be published as Electronic-Posters.
E-Posters should be prepared as a single page PPT file (80 cm x 100 cm) in vertical format and saved in both JPEG and PDF formats. Preparation in both formats is important for the readability of poster presentations.
The resolution of the images to be used in e-posters is required to be at least 300 dpi.
E-posters must be sent to the e-mail address vetmik2024@gmail.com in Powerpoint presentation file, JPEG and PDF formats by 15 October 2024 at the latest.
