*The prices mentioned above are in Euros and include 3 nights ultra all-inclusive accommodation, opening cocktail, gala dinner and VAT.
*Meal services for the ultra all-inclusive concept start with lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.
*Check-in time to the hotel is 14:00 on October 25, 2024 and check-out time is 12:00 on October 28, 2024.
*If they stay in the same room with two adults, the 1st child is free between the ages of 00-11:99, the second child is free between the ages of 00-02:99, and the 3rd child is 50% discounted between the ages of 00-11:99.
*Accommodation payments are calculated based on the Central Bank’s Effective Foreign Exchange Rate on the day of payment.
*All registrations are finalized upon payment. After making your payment for confirmation of your registration, we kindly ask you to send your receipt to the organization secretariat via e-mail to bilgi@claros.com.tr.

* In case of cancellation request made before July 16, 2024, 50% of the remaining amount after transfer costs are deducted will be refunded after the Congress.
*No refund will be made for cancellations made after June 28, 2024.
