We are excited and happy to host you, our valued academicians and stakeholders, in Aydın at the XVI. National Veterinary Medicines Microbiology Congress (with International Participation), organized in cooperation with the Veterinary Microbiology Association and Aydın Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

Veterinary microbiology congresses have an important place in sharing all kinds of current theoretical and practical information in scientific environments for the aetiology, epidemiology, laboratory diagnosis and treatment of diseases. It is among our professional goals to prevent the economic damage caused by infectious animal diseases in our country and to ensure that the combat against zoonotic diseases is carried out to a more effective level. Today, bacteriological, virological, immunological and epidemiological research; antibiotic resistance and alternative treatment studies; current information obtained from metagenome, transcriptome, proteome and resistome research and vaccines and disease control methods will form the outline of our congress.

The XVI. National Veterinary Medicines Microbiology Congress (with International Participation) is an organization where professional knowledge and skills are shared on scientific platforms, as well as a social and cultural meeting where our colleagues working in universities, public and private sectors come together.

We believe that with the contributions of our valued colleagues, the XVI. National Veterinary Medicines Microbiology Congress (with International Participation), which will be held at KoruMar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort Hotel between 25-28 October 2024, will become even stronger.
